The Cathedral Antiques Show is a Rare Opportunity
The event that Atlanta antique, art and design enthusiasts await each year is upon is: The annual Cathedral Antiques Show at The Cathedral of St. Philip, today through Saturday (Feb. 2-4), showcases the country’s most prestigious antique dealers. What Does Warren Buffet Think About Buying A Home?
The greatest investor of the last century privately has told the people closest to him that buying a home right now “will be the best opportunity in [their] lifetime”. In an article in the Omaha World Herald, Mrs. Bosanek discussed her reasons for purchasing a second home and the personal advice she received from Mr. Buffet.
“I just thought it was time to buy a home. Warren tells me that it will be the best opportunity in my lifetime. Mortgage rates are low and prices have dropped dramatically…I share Warren’s view about the future of America, and we believe that our country will do just fine. I’m happy to make this investment.”

An estate in Atlanta’s historic Tuxedo Park features the work of international designers. Five of the chandeliers are designed by Jean Royère, custom vanities and woodwork are by New York furniture maker Atelier Viollet, and Philippe Stark designed the bath fixtures. The seven-bedroom, eight-bath home includes a foyer with a 28-foot ceiling, and the dining room has a custom butler’s pantry made from cėrused oak and produced by Viollet. Lawyers Vote Harry Norman No. 1
Greater Atlanta lawyers voted Harry Norman as Atlanta’s No. 1 real estate company, according to the Daily Report, the law community’s leading publication. The results were based on a survey emailed by the Daily Report to attorneys throughout metro Atlanta. The publication also printed a ballot in its Oct. 3 edition and ensured one-vote-per-attorney policy was adhered to.
Law professionals voted on 42 categories, including technology, financial services, hospitality and real estate. “This project began with a desire to help Georgia lawyers – our readers – identify the finest products and service providers and to package their choices all in one reference,” said Daily Report Publisher Wm. Blair Matthews.
