The Villages in CalhounBrent Stepp Construction announces the official launch of www.TheVillagesCalhoun.com today, a new website designed to represent the quality craftsmanship, superior design and outstanding location of one of Calhoun Georgia’s most treasured communities. The Villages is a residential neighborhood of custom homes, garden villas and patio homes perfectly suited for active-adults and family-friendly lifestyles.

“We really enjoyed building our new website. Our goal was to build a quality website for current and potential residents that well represents our high standards at The Villages,” said Brent Stepp, the 3-time Gordon County Builder of the Year. “Our hallmark at The Villages is attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and superior design. I hope everyone likes our new website and thinks it’s very useful and informative”.

TheVillagesCalhoun.com features a newly designed logo, high-quality photography, streaming videos, current homes for sale, Gordon County information, and much more. The color scheme of the website is earth tone, a color palette consisting of browns, tans, greens, oranges, whites, and blues. Earth tone is also the color palette used in home interior designs at The Villages.

Brent Stepp Constructions collaborated with Harry Norman Realtors, Big Picture Media and LifeSpring Environs to produce TheVillagesCalhoun.com. Harry Norman Realtors, established in 1930, is Atlanta’s oldest and largest residential real estate firm. As a collaborative marketing team, Big Picture Media and LifeSpring Environs contributed over 35 years of consultative strategic planning, Web design branding, and adult lifestyle marketing services to help develop The Villages’ new website.

“I encourage people looking to purchase a high-quality home in North Georgia to consider viewing a patio home, garden villa or custom home at The Villages. Call our sales office or use our website to schedule an appointment to experience our residential neighborhood for single families, active adults and senior adults in person,” states Lee Eidson, the onsite Harry Norman Realtor at The Villages.

Website users of TheVillagesCalhoun.com will experience several pleasures while using the new website. For example, the homepage includes a rotating slideshow of the Featured Property of the month, daily mortgage rates from SunTrust Mortgage and testimonials from current residents. The property listing pages have high-quality property photos, detailed property descriptions and local area information.

“I want our website to continue to grow. We have plans to build a community Blog, send quarterly newsletters, and add more photos and videos,” said Brent Stepp. “We want our website to become an online community for our family-owned business, residents, neighbors and partners to better-connect.”
